Management

Our management team has experience in taking a variety of projects, e.g. IC’s, disc drives and cars, from the customer’s drawing board to a finished product.  We leverage high-volume consumer development insights into lower-volume products for markets such as medical and mil aero, and vice versa.  We KNOW that your success is our success, so we care that your business objectives are met, and not just a particular specification.

“It takes a solid team to deliver products and solutions. Treehouse draws on some of the finest engineers in the country, if not the world.”
– Randy Sandusky, VP - Engineering

Glenn Noufer

President

Glenn Noufer - PresidentGlenn began his career in 1980 at Motorola Semiconductor in device modeling and memory design. He moved to Colorado Springs, where he designed mixed-signal and analog circuits for CMOS, Rad Hard and GaAs process technologies, and managed design, product engineering and marketing support organizations.  In 1988, he joined the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan, where he held increasingly responsible positions in the areas of in-vehicle network development, electrical/electronic systems engineering and electric/hybrid vehicle development. He then led the establishment of Ford’s E/E engineering processes and computer aided development systems to enable global platform vehicle development among engineers at Ford, Jaguar and their supply bases.

In 1996, Glenn returned to the mountains of Colorado and founded Treehouse (formerly Treehouse Design). He quickly built a mixed-signal IC IP and services business.  He has since leveraged the systems and mechanical engineering development experience that he garnered from Ford into a growing electrical mechanical systems development and manufacturing arm of Treehouse.

Glenn has served on the SAE Network Standards Committee, was the founder and former chairman of the SAE EV (Electric Vehicle) Standards Committee and was the former co-chairman of the EIA - EDIF Technical Advisory Committee.  Glen holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Texas. Glenn holds several patents in CMOS and GaAs circuit designs, and has authored and presented papers at major integrated circuit and automotive conferences.

Dinah Lopez

Dinah Lopez - Senior Director of Internal OperationsDinah joined the Treehouse management team in 2011 to create business synergy with existing members of the team, which she considers an innovative and creative group of engineers. She brings her experience as technical business owner from P.I. Designs, Inc., the company she founded in 2001 to offer IC design and layout services to the semiconductor industry. In 2003, she founded Grupo Quasares S.A. de C.V., which offers system design services to the manufacturing industry in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Dinah has extensive experience in the semiconductor and manufacturing businesses. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1992 to work for Atmel, Corp. as yield enhancement engineer and later as IC layout designer.  Dinah has also worked for Signetics, Inc. in Albuquerque, N.M., as an engineering technician for the process development group. She graduated in 1988 from the Institute of Technology of Ciudad Juarez, in Mexico, with a B.S.E.E.
